We are accepting applications for qualified and talented candidates to be volunteers for the start of our new inaugural season (1st Quarter) at Esports Arena Orlando. If you would like to be a volunteer with us , please select from the following positions below and apply online.
Strategic leadership: Develops and implements the overall strategic vision and long-term goal for the espots program. Program Development: Oversees the creation and growth of the entire program, including recruiting and establishing new teams or initatives.
Oversees the operation of an esports team, tournament or event handling everything from player contracts and team logistics to sponsor relations and marketing. Key responsibilities include scheduling practices, managing player wellbeing, coordinating travel for tournaments, and ensuring smooth communication between players and staff. A strong understanding of the esports industry is beneficial, as are skills in communication, organization, leadership and negotiation.
Researching and Investigating: Gathering information from reliable sources, conducting interviews, and fact -checking to ensure content is accurate and authentic.
Content Creation: Writing original drafts, stories articles, reports, or scripts tailored to specific platforms and target audiences.
Editing and Proofreading: Reviewing and revising one's own work and sometimes the work of others for clarity, grammar, style, and accuracy before publication.
Staff responsibilities include setup and breakdown of venues, guest services like greeting and providing information, event support such as managing registration or serving food, and ensuring safety and security. They also handle troubleshooting issues and maintaining the event's cleanliness and organization.
A creative professional who uses visual elements to communicate ideas for various media, such as logos, websites, advertisements, and packaging. They combine elements like typography, images, and color using computer software to create visually engaging concepts. A strong command of design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Lightroom.
The creation of documents preferably using Adobe InDesign specialized software on a personal computer, combining text and visual elements like images and graphics for print or digital media. Control page layouts, typography, color and design, to produce professional materials such as magazines , brochures and website content.
